Job Title: Talent Acquisition – Real Estate

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HRM

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within the Real Estate industry

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.

Handle recruitment for Real Estate Sales, Business Development, CRM, and other corporate roles.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Coordinate technical, management, and panel interviews.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
