Role & responsibilities

- Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.

- Conduct initial screenings of applicants to determine their suitability for the role.

- Review resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition).

- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients/hiring managers.

- Proficiency in using ATS systems like Naukri.com or similar tools.
