Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our restaurant and hotel operations. The candidate will primarily handle hiring for Production (Kitchen) and Service teams across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and hotel staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
- Hire for kitchen/production profiles such as Head Chef, Commis Chef, Tandoor Chef, and other kitchen staff.
- Recruit service profiles such as Restaurant Captain, Steward, Bartender, Hostess, and other front-of-house staff.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary, documentation, and joining confirmation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.




- Coordinate with outlet managers to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.
- Ensure smooth joining coordination and timely completion of recruitment formalities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and outlet managers effectively.
- Knowledge of job portals, WhatsApp recruitment groups, and social media hiring is an advantage.
- Interest in hospitality and restaurant recruitment is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume recruitment.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and follow up with candidates regularly.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
