Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on System & Network Administrator to manage and secure our end-user, server and network infrastructure. You will keep systems available, keep them compliant, and support our certified environments through audits.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & End-User Support

- Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Windows 11, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux systems
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: user lifecycle, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, MFA and Conditional Access
- Support laptops, desktops, printers and authorized peripherals, including preventive maintenance
- Install and support authorized software in line with the approved software list

Network & Security

- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi and VPN
- Manage WatchGuard firewalls (rules, policies, VPN) and Cisco switches
- Apply patches and remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs
- Harden systems against approved secure configuration baselines
- Manage antivirus/EDR and review security alerts and logs
- Report and support investigation of security incidents

Backup & Availability

- Manage backup jobs, monitor success,



and perform periodic restore testing
- Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts as part of 24x7 operations

Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain IT asset inventory, network diagrams, SOPs and configuration records
- Carry out user access provisioning, de-provisioning and periodic access reviews
- Follow change management and incident management processes
- Prepare evidence and support internal and external audits (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS)
- Handle personal and cardholder-related data strictly per company policy

Service Management

- Resolve tickets within SLA using our HelpDesk ticketing tool
- Escalate issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Required Skills

- Strong Windows Server, Windows 11 and Linux administration
- Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPN), with hands-on WatchGuard and Cisco experience
- Backup and restore tools and practices
- Basic scripting (PowerShell and/or Bash)
- Understanding of information security practices: patching, hardening, access control, logging
- Good documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, Visio)
- Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred

- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) / M365 certifications, RHCSA
- Experience in a PCI DSS or ISO 27001 certified environment
- Exposure to Hyper-V/VMware and Azure/AWS
- Experience with monitoring tools and Intune

Qualifications

- Graduate in Computer Science, IT or a related field
