System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to provide advanced technical support to our end-users and maintain the stability of our IT workplace. As a System Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Storage (SAN/NAS), Windows Server, Citrix, DHCP, and Office 365 to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to IT infrastructure and technologies.
- Collaborate with Support Engineer I and other teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution
- Participate in root cause analysis and provide solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge articles, training materials, and documentation.




- Mentor and guide junior support engineers in technical problem-solving and best practices.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and migrations as required.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Storage (SAN/NAS), Windows Server, Citrix, DHCP, and Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Experience in documenting procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
- Relevant IT certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide occasional off-hours support.
