Roles & Responsibilities

- System Architecture & Design: Design and develop system architecture, complex subsystems, and embedded systems using industry-standard CAD tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, and Allegro PCB Editor.
- EMI/EMC & Signal Integrity: Conduct rigorous EMI/EMC design activities, noise filtering, signal integrity analysis, and high-efficiency power supply design.
- RF & Microwave Engineering: Execute microwave engineering tasks, including antenna selection, RF circuit design, and radar cross-section (RCS) calculations.
- Hardware Integration & Testing: Collaborate closely on system integration projects, performing end-to-end hardware board bring-up, laboratory testing, and firmware/hardware debugging.
- Wireless Communication: Build and apply deep domain expertise in radio frequency (RF) technology targeted at modern wireless communication systems.

Desired Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / B.E.



in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on core industry experience in electronics, hardware design, or telecommunications.

- Core Technical Competencies:
- Strong foundational understanding of system architecture principles applied to real-world hardware challenges.
- Proven proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Allegro PCB Editor.
- Working knowledge of hardware simulation tools (e.g., SPICE) is a robust plus.
- Domain Exposure (Preferred): Prior exposure or working knowledge in Radar, Defense, Satellites, and Avionics sectors will be an added advantage.
