Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for studying business and technical requirements, preparing system workflows, defining reports and test scenarios, and coordinating the implementation of database-driven web and mobile applications. The candidate will work closely with clients, developers, project managers, and testing teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and analyze business requirements to identify system needs and technical specifications.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare system documentation, functional specifications, workflows, and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze database-driven web and mobile applications and recommend improvements.
- Define system workflows, data flows, reports, and interface requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria in coordination with the QA team.
- Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure that system requirements are implemented correctly.
- Support software implementation, system configuration, and deployment activities.
- Identify system gaps, technical issues, and potential improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve requirement-related queries.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation validation.




- Ensure that developed applications align with approved requirements and functional specifications.
- Maintain requirement documentation and track changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor implementation progress and support timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in system analysis or software requirement analysis.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, requirement documentation, and system analysis.
- Experience preparing workflows, functional specifications, reports, and test scenarios.
- Understanding of database-driven web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, data flows, and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of software testing, UAT, and implementation processes.
- Experience coordinating with developers, QA teams, project managers, and clients.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and support timely project implementation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
