Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our IT team as System Administrator Trainees . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Support network setup, troubleshooting, and basic security maintenance.
- Monitor server performance, system logs, and backup activities.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and basic IT-related issues.
- Gain exposure to cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Work closely with senior IT professionals to learn and improve technical skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, computer hardware, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows Server or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Internship & Other Details

- Internship Duration: 3 months.
- Full-Time Opportunity: Candidates who perform well during the internship will be considered for a full-time prospect based on their performance and business requirements.
- Service Agreement: 3-year bond, as per company norms.
- Work Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts is required.
- Work Location: Primarily Bangalore, with a willingness to relocate to Chennai, Nellore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or other company locations as required.
