Job responsibilities IT Support

- Installation, configuration, and troubleshoot Windows & ubuntu
- Able to perform System Administrative in Active Directory, User & Group Management.
- Knowledge of Onboarding & offboarding, inventory management.
- Good Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, File server.
- Positive knowledge of outlook, Teams and Empro.
- Good knowledge of Hardware &Networking;, able to configure Network Printer.
- Able to handle Escalated issues related to system /network.
- Knowledge of O365 and VPN & Patch management
- Basic knowledge of Hub, Switch, router and ILL, P2P, cabling (straight, cross) etc.
- Work closely with vendors and project teams for complex issue.
- Good understanding of Ticketing tool, SLA, Incident, service request , change Management.
