Experience: 5yrs to 9yrs

Experience:

- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Experience in ITSM tools like JIRA

- Experience in owning the issues and getting them resolved via liaison with respected SMEs

- Application deployment and development team support

- Handling security audits and vulnerability remediation

- Automation of system management task using shell scripting

- Monitoring & alerting implementation using tool like Grafana, AlertManager, Node Exporter

- Firewall management (Sophos, server-level rules, MAC binding)

- Network management experience in devices like routers, switches, wifi

- Experoience in taking Backup of servers and vms including files and databases

- Exposure to DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Docker, GCP)

- Linux + Tomcat Apache

- DB knowledge & PL SQL + Cloud Backup + cloud storage
- Tomcat Apache + Linux admin
- Linux Admin + PL Sql & DB knowledge
