The Support Trainee is an entry-level member of the Customer Support organization who participates in a structured technical training program designed to build foundational knowledge of Redwoods products, support processes, and the core technology concepts required for success in a customer-facing technical role. The trainee is expected to learn, practice, and gradually apply support skills under guided supervision, preparing for transition into a Level 1 Support Representative role upon successful completion of the program and when the prospect arises.
