Job Purpose/ Summary

Structured on-the-job training to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the assigned function. The role involves supporting day-to-day departmental activities, documentation, data management, coordination, reporting, and project-related tasks. The trainee will work closely with experienced team members and the reporting manager to understand business processes, develop functional and professional skills, follow company policies and safety standards, and contribute effectively to departmental goals.

Responsibility

Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of the assigned department while gaining practical exposure to organizational processes and operations. The trainee will assist in maintaining records and documentation, preparing MIS reports, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting various departmental activities and projects. The role will involve learning and following company policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.

The trainee will work closely with the reporting manager and team members to complete assigned tasks within timelines, identify process gaps, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to overall departmental objectives while continuously developing functional, technical, and professional skills.
