? What you will do:
Monitor system health and meter communication
Fix data and connectivity issues
Log and track tickets as per SLAs
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
Share daily and monthly reports
Be the first contact for customers
✅ What we need:
Solid SQL (Oracle / MySQL / MSSQL)
Linux/Unix and Windows Server knowledge
Smart meter / AMI / utility domain exposure
Networking basics (TCP/IP, SSH, FTP, DHCP, NTP)
ServiceNow or JIRA ticketing experience
ITIL knowledge
Ready for 24/7 shifts and on-call
Docker / Kubernetes is a plus
? Degree in Computer Science or related field
