Support Engineer- Medical Devices JD:

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer with a background in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of medical devices and equipment, along with hands-on experience in technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers through remote assistance and on-site visits.
- Install, demonstrate, and conduct user training for medical devices and equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform servicing and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Conduct field visits within and outside the city as required.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), including renewals and service execution.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for component and spare-parts requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and doctor references while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on customer requirements, field updates, and new product launches.
- Coordinate device dispatches, returns, service documentation,



and other operational activities.
- Assist in guiding junior support staff and maintaining service and installation reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the medical device or healthcare equipment industry.
- Knowledge of medical device installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and field support.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night support, as required.
- Familiarity with AMC/CMC processes and basic sales coordination will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in medical device companies, biomedical equipment servicing, healthcare technology, or hospital equipment support will be preferred.

Work Mode: On-site and Field Support

Support Requirements: 24×7 customer support on a rotational basis
