Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and other operational requirements based on business requirements.
- Regularly follow up with vendors for production status and timely stock readiness.
- Track Purchase Orders, pending quantities and committed readiness dates.
- Identify potential material shortages or vendor delays in advance and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain visibility of upcoming requirements and ensure materials are available as per production and dispatch plans.

2. First-Mile Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for first-mile (FM) pickups from vendors, factories and other locations.
- Ensure vehicles/pickups are arranged according to stock readiness and operational requirements.
- Track pickups and ensure material reaches the required warehouse/factory within the planned timeline.
- Resolve issues such as delayed pickups, vehicle non-availability, incorrect documentation or shipment discrepancies.

3. Warehouse & Factory Coordination

- Coordinate closely with warehouses and factories for timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.
- Share dispatch priorities and ensure orders are processed according to committed timelines.
- Follow up on pending, ageing or urgent orders and identify reasons for delays.
- Coordinate stock availability, order allocation and dispatch requirements across locations.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks related to stock, manpower, documentation, system issues or logistics.

4. Dispatch & Logistics Management

- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment pickups from warehouses and factories.
- Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery.
- Monitor delayed, stuck,



undelivered and exception shipments and proactively follow up with logistics partners.
- Escalate critical delivery issues and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate between warehouse teams, logistics partners and internal teams wherever intervention is required.

5. Real-Time Operations Troubleshooting A critical part of this role will be the ability to take ownership of operational problems and resolve them in real time. The candidate should be able to:

- Quickly identify the root cause of an operational issue.
- Coordinate with the relevant vendor, warehouse, factory, courier or logistics partner for resolution.
- Take practical decisions to minimize impact on customer orders and business operations.
- Develop alternate solutions where the original plan cannot be executed.
- Escalate issues at the right time while continuing to drive them toward closure.
- Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders until the issue is fully resolved.

- Ability to analyse operational data and identify delays, gaps and exceptions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
