Supply Chain Management Intern – LittleBox India

About Us

LittleBox India is a fast-growing D2C fashion brand delivering trendy, affordable styles across India. We're looking for a data-driven intern to help us run a faster and smarter supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, identify fast and slow-moving SKUs, and support stock reconciliation to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Production Management & Planning: Assist in demand forecasting, production scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and manufacturers for timely delivery of finished goods.
- Warehouse Management: Monitor inward stock, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfilment.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate with courier and 3PL partners, manage NDR and RTO shipments, and track delivery performance and shipping costs.
- Order Management via Shopify: Process and track orders on Shopify, handle order updates, cancellations, and exchanges, and ensure timely fulfilment.
- New Product Research & Analytics: Research market trends and competitor products, and analyse sales data to support new product launches and assortment planning.
- Returns Management:



Handle customer returns and exchanges, and analyse return trends to reduce return rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse end-to-end operational data across production, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and orders to identify gaps and improvement areas. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and Excel dashboards on key metrics like production timelines, stock levels, TAT, RTO %, and cost per order, and share data-backed insights with management for decision-making.

Skills Required

- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Analytical and data-centric mindset
- Good managing, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Transparent communication with vendors, couriers, and internal teams
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with Shopify and basic knowledge of supply chain or e-commerce operations is a plus
