Description The Expert 2 will be responsible for end‑to‑end logistics performance of the SCC Warehouse in the Kheda region. You will drive on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery, ensure vehicle temperature compliance, optimise truck volume utilisation, manage logistics budgets, and uphold all statutory and safety regulations while providing accurate MIS reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

- Achieve OTIF targets for local and outstation routes while maintaining all compliance requirements.
- Monitor and enforce temperature compliance of vehicles and optimise truck volume utilisation.
- Prepare, track and analyse logistics G&A; budget and logistics vs. budget in ₹ and % of gross sales.
- Prevent shortages and damages in transit through proactive risk mitigation.
- Manage relationships with transporters, enforcing SOPs, Dos & Don’ts and governance measures.
- Ensure truck compliance including registration certificates, insurance, permits, pilot licences and EHS statutory requirements.
- Maintain high internal audit scores by adhering to SOPs and governance standards.
- Lead the preparation, consolidation and distribution of MIS reports for the department.




- Identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives across warehouse and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in OTIF metrics and temperature‑controlled logistics.
- Robust financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets and cost control.
- In‑depth knowledge of transport regulations, truck compliance and EHS standards.
- Proficiency in ERP/MIS tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for transporter management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
