- 1.54 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analysis or Consulting.
- Solid understanding of at least one Supply Chain domain:
Demand Planning | Supply Planning | Manufacturing | Procurement | Logistics/Fulfillment | Aftermarket
- Understanding of AI/GenAI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, BRD/FRD or functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business/AI concepts into clear recommendations.
Good to Have
- MBA/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
- Exposure to SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or Oracle SCM.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQL.
- Exposure to Prompt Engineering / RAG.
- Consulting, strategy projects, AI hackathons or case competitions.
