Role Description The Supervisor role at Leather World is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure that team members meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.

This role includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining explicit communication between staff and management. The Supervisor will help implement company policies, support training and development, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and customer service. The position also involves preparing basic reports, tracking progress against targets,



and ensuring that workplace practices align with company values and regulatory requirements.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, management, and external partners.

- Basic knowledge of operational safety, quality standards, and compliance practices.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in operations, manufacturing, retail, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Agra and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
