Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise workers, monitor product quality, and ensure timely completion of orders in a steel components manufacturing and export firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and allocate work to workers and production staff.
- Monitor the manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and finishing of steel components.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production targets, deadlines, and order completion schedules.
- Coordinate with the production, quality control, stores, and dispatch departments.
- Maintain daily production records, attendance, material usage, and work reports.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials, tools, and machinery.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize delays and wastage.
- Ensure finished goods are properly inspected, packed,



and prepared for export dispatch.
- Report daily production status, worker performance, and operational issues to management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial supervisory role.
- Experience in steel components, fabrication, machining, or engineering products will be preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality checking, and shop-floor management.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
