Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor for our automobile manufacturing unit in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, managing shop-floor workers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the automobile manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of production processes, shop-floor management, and quality control.
- Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and achieve production targets.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production reports.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in automobile manufacturing, assembly line operations, or production supervision will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
