Job Title : - Supervisor / Associate Supervisor - Physiotherapy (MAX@Home)

JOB PURPOSE To work within the Max health care team, external stakeholders and identify potential business opportunities for homecare services and convert them for the same. Achieve revenue targets as per Business plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sales approach, should be able to drive targets, engage with all the influencers to identify potential patient for homecare services
- Responsible for stakeholder management and new activations
- Financial counseling and obtain a valid consent
- Identify the patient care needs and intimate concerned team for competent manpower, equipments and consumables for smooth functioning
- Maintain and build valuable relations with the key influencers in the spoke.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among home healthcare teams, Max hospital networks, external stakeholders such as Non-MHC doctors,



any clinic/hospital/healthcare setting by communicating information; responding to requests and generating potential business by exploring synergies.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- Maintain and update all the required data, trackers as per agreed frequency with the reporting manager
- Should know to work on MS Office, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Take new initiatives for Customer Acquisition and active retention

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and Experience

- BPT / MPT / Any graduate/ post graduate/ MBA with experience in Healthcare, multidisciplinary approach and basic understanding of Home Healthcare market
- Minimum 3 years expected experience; home healthcare background will be preferred.
