Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on expertise in Compensation.

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation, configuration, and support.

Expertise in compensation plan design, salary planning, merit guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and worksheets.

Experience configuring compensation templates, business rules, and compensation statements.

Good understanding of Employee Central integration and compensation data flows.

Experience in data migration, imports, testing,



and issue resolution.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
