Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to invite delegates and jury members.
- Clearly communicate the value of ASAPP's events and award programs.
- Build rapport, address queries, and convert prospects into confirmed participants.
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and confirmations.
- Achieve daily calling and participation targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident, professional telephone etiquette.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/CRM).
- 1 to 3 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement experience preferred.
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply.
