Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Medical Billing SME with 3–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will support daily billing operations, resolve process-related issues, guide team members, and ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end medical billing activities, including charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Review claims, identify billing errors, and resolve claim rejections and denials.
- Support team members with process-related queries and complex billing issues.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA/KPI targets.
- Perform quality checks and ensure billing accuracy and process compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding claims and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare daily reports and assist the team lead in improving process performance.




- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and US healthcare billing standards.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing / RCM.
- Robust knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Experience handling complex billing issues and supporting team members.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software.
- Familiarity with SLA, KPI, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working as a Medical Billing SME, Senior Medical Biller, or experienced RCM Executive who are ready to take on SME responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
