Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Location: Any BSL Location

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Background & expected experiences:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
- Experience supporting enterprise scale Jira and Confluence environments
- Robust understanding of Agile, ITSM, and delivery processes
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
