Job Summary The Sub Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing multiple hubs / delivery stations / dark stores within an assigned sub-zone, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, service-level achievement, manpower productivity, cost control and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee operations across multiple hubs/stations within the assigned zone.
- Ensure on-time delivery, dispatch, TAT and SLA adherence across all locations.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs such as volume, productivity, delivery success rate, attendance, utilization and ageing.
- Lead and manage Hub Managers, Hub In-charges, Team Leaders and operational teams.
- Plan manpower deployment based on daily/weekly business volumes.
- Monitor rider/delivery partner productivity, attendance, attrition and utilization.
- Ensure proper inbound, sorting, processing, dispatch and last-mile delivery operations.
- Track hub performance and identify operational gaps through regular MIS and performance reviews.
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for SLA breaches, delivery failures, inventory issues and productivity gaps.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across all hubs.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Transport,



Customer Support and Central Operations teams.
- Control operational costs including manpower, overtime, transportation and other hub-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, security and quality standards.
- Handle escalations related to customers, delivery partners, manpower and operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular hub audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support expansion, new hub launches and operational ramp-ups within the sub-zone.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred with 5–10 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, last-mile delivery or warehouse operations.
- Experience managing multiple hubs/sites is highly preferred.
- Strong team-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of SLA, TAT, productivity, manpower planning and operational KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume and target-driven environment.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/MIS and logistics/operations systems.
