About The Artarium:
The Artarium is a quick-growing home décor brand specializing in idols, sculptures, and creative home décor products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily studio operations and production activities.
- Supervise staff and coordinate task allocation.
- Monitor production quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee resin casting, sculpture finishing, and 3D printing processes.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and studio maintenance.
- Maintain production reports, attendance, and workplace discipline.
Requirements:
- Experience in studio, production, or workshop management.
- Knowledge of resin products, sculpture, or 3D printing is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
