Job Summary

We are looking for a Study Abroad Counselling Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Gurugram / Noida. The role will support people looking for practical academic guidance, from school and subject decisions to higher education, study planning and learning-related concerns. The person will understand the requirement, identify the relevant guidance pathway, coordinate with the appropriate expert or internal team, maintain follow-ups and ensure a clear client experience.

Experience in education counselling, student services, admissions, mentoring or customer-facing education roles will be useful. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

The expected experience range is 0-4 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
