Job Summary

IMTS Institute is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Verification Executive to verify student documents, maintain accurate records, and handle calling activities related to document verification and admission processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify student documents and ensure all information is accurate and complete.

- Make inbound and outbound calls to students for document verification and confirmation.

- Follow up with students regarding missing, incorrect, or pending documents.

- Explain verification requirements and guide students through the process.

- Cross-check student details and update records in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.

- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams to resolve documentation issues.

- Maintain proper records of verification status and follow-up activities.





- Prepare daily reports and ensure the confidentiality of student information.

- Handle student queries professionally over calls and provide timely updates.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage calling and verification tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
