Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Noida for a Student Housing Expert.

Responsibilities include assisting students in finding suitable accommodations, managing relationships with property providers, maintaining updated knowledge of housing options near top universities,



and guiding students through the entire accommodation booking process. Additionally, the role involves resolving queries, ensuring a smooth move-in experience, and supporting students' housing-related needs with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in relationship building, negotiation, and collaboration with property providers.
- Knowledge of student housing markets and understanding of international student needs.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries.
- Experience or understanding of the education or housing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
