The Student Mentor will play a pivotal role in enhancing student development, engagement, and well-being at IMS Group of Institutions. This role involves mentoring students, overseeing extracurricular activities, addressing student concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Student Mentor will ensure students receive the necessary support for academic, personal, and professional growth while aligning with IMS’s vision of holistic transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate life-transformation trainings and workshops to support student growth and development.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries, support services, and concerns.
- Provide guidance on career exploration, character building, and personal development.
- Organize and coordinate extracurricular activities, clubs, and student-led community initiatives.
- Identify and train student leaders, captains, and club coordinators for peer-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with other department and media teams to promote and brand student activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, grievances, and progress.
- Collect and analyse student feedback to improve institutional policies and programs.
- Monitor and document students' behavioural growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Student Affairs, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student affairs, skill development training, or community engagement.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
