We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and student-focused Student Counselor to guide students throughout their learning journey, understand their needs, and support them in making the right academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and learning opportunities.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, syllabus, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the admission process.
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with faculty when required.
- Maintain student records and enquiry details.
- Support admission and student retention activities.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in counseling, education, admissions, or customer relations is an advantage.

Experience 0–2+ years of experience in student counseling, admissions, education, or customer service preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
