Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Indore, focused on telecom infrastructure projects, with a CTC of 25K per month.

The Structural

Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for telecom towers and related civil structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing CAD drawings and models, and coordinating with civil and electrical teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.



The role involves site visits to assess existing structures, verify construction quality, and support resolution of technical issues. The engineer will also prepare technical reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and field staff to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to telecom infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations for towers, foundations, and related structural elements.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and updating structural drawings and models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., BTech/BE, MTech) in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian and international structural design codes and standards applicable to telecom structures.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary site and office teams.
- Willingness to work in office in Indore and conduct regular field visits as project requirements demand.
