- Manage and maintain the company's Strategic ERP system and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle ERP modules related to Sales, CRM, Accounts, Purchase, Inventory, Projects and HR, as applicable.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand ERP requirements and resolve system-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and management reports through ERP.Role & responsibilities
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing and process improvements.
- Train employees on ERP processes and provide ongoing user support.
