We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Executive to oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory management, team coordination, and material movement while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
2. Lead, supervise, train, schedule, and manage store staff.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records covering receiving, storage, stocking, and material issuance/order fulfilment.
4. Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
6. Prepare and analyse reports related to inventory, material movement, and team performance.
7. Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability and timely material delivery.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
9. Ensure proper organization, identification, and upkeep of the store.

Monitor store-related expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement.
11. Ensure proper documentation and records of all store activities.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field; equivalent experience may be considered.
2. 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Stores, Inventory, Warehouse, Materials Management, or a related technical/industrial setting.
3. Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
4. Hands-on experience with Inventory/ERP systems and MS Excel .
5. Good understanding of inventory control, material management, documentation, and store operations.
6. Ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
