Position: Stores Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in stores management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the stores department.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.
- Handle the procurement, storage, and issuance of materials as per organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in storage practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to stock movements and audit reports.
- Support the team during inspections and audits.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Skills & Qualifications:





- Strong understanding of inventory management and control practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for storage in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
- Experience in managing audits and inspections related to stores and inventory.
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse inventory responsibilities effectively.
