Job Title: STP Plant Operator

Location: Mahadevapura, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operations of the pilotplantand full-scaleplantwithin set parameters.

Assist in running the table-top water treatment modelsfordemonstration and training purposes.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of theplant. Identify,

troubleshoot, and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues within theplant.

Support team members in the operation and troubleshooting of table-top model, and pilotplant.

Assist in the training of newoperators and customers using the table-top model and pilotplantsforeducational and demonstration purposes.





Collect and analyze water samples to ensure that treatment processes meet regulatory and quality standards. Respond to and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of water quality data, operational logs, and maintenance activities.

Adhere to all safety, health and environmental protocols and ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to water treatment andplant operations.

Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports onplantoperations,

maintenance activities, and water quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma

Skills: 3-6 years of experience in WTP/ ETP/ STP
