Key Responsibilities

- Receiving &
- Inspection:

Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity, quality, and damage.

- Stock Organization: Store goods in designated locations using proper methods like FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.

- Inventory Tracking: Update stock ledgers, ERP software, or spreadsheets to record all receipts, issues, and adjustments.

- Issuing Goods: Dispense materials, supplies, or equipment to internal departments or customers only against authorized requisition forms.

- Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock-takes, reconciling any discrepancies with system records.

Monitor stock thresholds and alert the purchase department when items drop near minimum reorder levels.

- Safety &

- Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean,



hazard-free workspace and follow all safety and fire regulations.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Experience: Proven prior experience as a storekeeper, stock clerk, or warehouse assistant.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory management software, or ERP systems).

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy boxes or equipment (frequently up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).

- Soft Skills: Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, honesty, and clear communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
