Job Summary

We are looking for a Stores Executive – Manufacturing to manage incoming materials, invoice and purchase-order verification, stock control, material availability and coordination with the Purchase and Production teams at our manufacturing plant in Sri City.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials ordered for the factory are received correctly, physically available in the stores, properly recorded and followed up until shortages or pending materials are resolved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incoming Material Verification

- Receive incoming materials at the factory.
- Check the received quantity against the Purchase Order, Invoice and Delivery Challan.
- Verify whether all items mentioned in the documents have actually been received.
- Check for shortage, excess quantity, damage or missing items.
- Inform the concerned team immediately about any discrepancy.

2. Stock & Material Control

- Maintain accurate records of all materials received and available in the factory.




- Physically verify stock whenever required.
- Ensure that system/recorded stock matches the actual physical stock.
- Track materials issued to Production and monitor remaining stock.
- Identify shortages before they affect production.

3. Purchase Follow-up

- Check pending materials against Purchase Orders.
- Prepare/list materials that are not received or are short.
- Follow up with the Purchase Team for pending materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase/Vendors to ensure required materials are received on time.
- Escalate critical material shortages that may affect production.

4. Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts and Dispatch teams.
- Inform Production about material availability and shortages.
- Ensure required materials are available for production as planned.

Required Skills

- Store/Inventory experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Good knowledge of material inward and outward.
- Experience checking Invoice vs Purchase Order vs actual received quantity.
- Good follow-up skills with Purchase/Vendors.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
