Job Title: Grocery Store Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and organized Grocery Store Supervisor to manage grocery inventory, monitor stock levels, issue grocery items to cooks as required, and maintain accurate records of all stock movements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily records of grocery stock, receipts, and issues.
- Issue grocery items to cooks according to kitchen requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and supplier bills.
- Maintain proper records of stock receipts, consumption, wastage, and shortages.
- Check and verify vendor invoices and coordinate timely bill settlements.
- Maintain vendor payment records and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, purchase teams, and vendors.




- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports and support inventory audits.

Required Skills:

- Experience in grocery store, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoice verification, and vendor payments.
- Valuable record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and Tally preferred.
- Honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
