Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Storekeeper for Lulu Hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming products and verify quantity, quality, and supporting documents.
- Check materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of stock.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Process and maintain documentation for RTV (Return to Vendor) and damaged/expired stock.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Operations, and other departments regarding stock-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Storekeeping, Warehouse, Inventory, or Retail operations.
- Experience in retail/hypermarket, FMCG, warehouse,



or large-scale store operations will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with inventory/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GRN, RTV, stock transfer, and stock reconciliation.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment and rotational shifts.
- Should be physically fit and capable of handling store/warehouse operations.
