Role & responsibilities

- Receive, Store & dispatch of Inventories based on the requirement.

- Handover spares to engineer based on SRF- Spares request form.

- Ensure the spares MSL Minimum stock level is available anytime at Branch and area offices

- Ensure the spares are given as per the timeline agreed for breakdown.

- CRM Process adherence

- Transfer inventories as per the requirement through proper documentation includes invoice, Eway bill etc.

- Storage of spares & battery in good condition

- Ensures to take in charge of all Area office stores location.

- Ensures 5s at all locations.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Handling complaints and resolving issues

- Reporting Cycle time TAT for all verticals

- Reporting Variance report as and when required.

- Cycle count & annual stock count adherence.

- Storing the receipt & stock taking documents for audit requirement

Preferred candidate profile

- MS- Office Knowledge.

Especially

Excel knowledge is must.

- CRM Knowledge (Not Mandatory)

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent customer service abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
