Inventory & Stock Management
- Track daily stock levels of fresh fish, frozen seafood, shrimp, and cephalopods.
- Monitor cold storage, ice levels, and freezer/chiller temperatures to prevent spoilage.
- Requisition stock and coordinate deliveries with procurement or suppliers.
- Quality Control & Hygiene
- Inspect incoming fish and seafood for freshness, odor, size, and grade standards.
- Enforce strict food safety, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure proper cleaning of display counters, cutting boards, scales, and storage freezers
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
