Role & responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Management
` • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
` • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices for pharma products.
- Monitor stock levels and raise timely reorder requests to avoid shortages.
- Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and reconcile with SAP/ERP systems.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Supervise packing, labeling, and dispatch of consignments to distributors/stockists.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and protected delivery.
- Verify LR details, invoices, and credit notes before dispatch.
- Handle fragile goods and sample packing with proper instructions.
