Role Description The Store Supervisor role is a full time, on-site position based in Chakan.

The Store

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock verification, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.



This role involves supervising store staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

The Store

Supervisor will maintain documentation and records, support audits, manage storage space efficiently, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to meet service and delivery expectations. The position also requires proactive problem-solving, continuous process improvement, and support for reporting and MIS related to store activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead store staff, allocate tasks, and maintain operational discipline.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities to collaborate with teams and support internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to report status, escalate issues, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment and professional handling of queries or concerns.
- Relevant experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management within logistics, manufacturing, or allied sectors.
- Working knowledge of inventory systems, MS Office, and basic data entry; familiarity with ERP/WMS is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance practices in warehousing and logistics.
