Job DescriptionEmerald Paper Product Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and analytical Store Officer to join our team at our Lucknow plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, handling stock documentation, and maintaining tight inventory control using modern ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Control: Manage and track daily incoming raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished paper products.
- System Management: Perform regular data entry, stock postings, and transaction updates in SAP / ERP systems.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily MIS reports, stock ledgers, and inventory sheets using Advance Excel.
- Receipt & Dispatch: Verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices; generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and gate passes.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification (cycle counting) and reconcile discrepancies with the system data.
- Internal Coordination:



Work closely with the production, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 to 8 years in store or warehouse management. (Candidates with experience in a Paper Product Company will be given robust preference).
- Technical Skills: Mandatory practical knowledge of SAP, ERP software, and Advance Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 12-hour rotational shifts.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain / Logistics (Preferred).

- Supplemental Pay: Performance-based hike on current CTC for deserving candidates

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
