STORE MANAGER - RETAIL

Location: Tirupati

: Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop business strategies to increase our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance within company policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales performance, employees issue etc.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths of store staff.
- Handle customer complaints, store employee grievances, cashing, billing and other store operations.
- Set an example with perfect self discipline, holistic approach with high store performance.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications





- Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager of 6 to 10 Years.
- Powerful Leading and Business Orientation skills.
- Excellent in Customer management and Analytical skills
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Any Degree
