Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations and daily activities

- Supervise and guide store staff

- Drive store sales and achieve targets

- Approach customers and assist them in selecting products

- Handle billing and POS operations

- Manage stock, inventory, and product availability

- Maintain the store layout and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

- Possess positive communication skills and a pleasant personality

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

- Experience in book retail/book industry preferred

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 5 years of retail experience

- Knowledge of store operations and inventory management

- Leadership and team handling skills

- Strong communication skills

- Languages required: English and Kannada

- Candidate should be local to Bangalore

- Must be from a retail background.
