Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Siliguri store,

including staff, stock, billing and customer service for laptops, mobile phones and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, opening and closing, and store cleanliness and display.
- Supervise store staff, set duties and shifts, and keep the team disciplined and on time.
- Monitor stock levels, receive goods, check stock regularly and report shortages or damaged items.
- Make sure billing, cash handling and records are accurate and completed every day.
- Help the sales team with customer questions and resolve customer complaints and after-sales

issues.
- Make sure approved prices, offers and displays are followed for laptops, phones and accessories.
- Report daily sales, stock and store issues to management.

Experience Required At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.



2 years of experience is preferred. We cannot consider candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Basic Requirements

- Working knowledge of laptops and mobile phones (specifications, features, pricing and

comparison) is required.
- Fluent Bengali, plus working English and Hindi. Nepali is a plus.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Store management, team supervision and organisation.
- Valuable customer handling, problem solving and record keeping.

Location Beside Hotel Vinayak, Hill Cart Road, Siliguri.

Working Days

Weekly off depends on the staff schedule. Sunday work may be required, with a weekday off instead.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
